Stacy Craft

Stacy Craft is a Senior Investment Associate at CIRE Partners, where he specializes in net leased retail assets. With a focus on single tenant net leased and multi-tenant strip centers, Stacy provides advisory services, investment strategy planning, and transaction services. He advises clients in the acquisition and disposition of retail investments nationwide with the goal of creating and preserving wealth. Through a custom approach, Stacy meets client needs with creative solutions, and provides high net worth investors, franchisees and developers lasting results that meet their specific goals. Whether he is working to execute a client's 1031 Exchange or providing research and planning for long term investment goals, Stacy works diligently to provide the highest level of service. Stacy graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 2009, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts and Science Degree in Business Administration. As a resident of San Diego along with his wife Amy, Stacy enjoys hiking, reading, playing guitar and exploring California.
